    針對大陽煤礦井田內3號煤層優質資源已瀕臨枯竭,在全部開采完結再進行新的煤層資源開發,難以保證礦井的正常接續和生產銜接,影響礦井的后續經營與可持續發展等問題,對大陽煤礦3號、15號可采煤層進行了研究分析,提出了“中厚-厚煤層、高-低硫分、高-低熱量”的配采方案。通過線性規劃理論,使用二元一次方程組的聯合求解方式計算得出最佳配采比例,確定了3、15號煤層2:1的配采方案。方案確定后,利用井下原有生產系統,新建一處西回風立井開采,并對運輸設備進行了選擇,實現了高熱量、低硫分的配煤生產,具有更優的經濟價值,在保證礦井1.80Mt/a穩定生產的同時,延長了礦井服務年限。
  • Abstract
    Aiming at the problems that the high-quality resources of the No.3 coal seam within the well field in Dayang Coal Mine are on the brink of depletion, and it is difficult to ensure the normal continuity and production connection of the mine before carrying out new coal seam resource development after all mining is completed, which affects the subsequent operation and sustainable development of the mine, etc, research and analysis are conducted on the No.3 and No.15 minable coal seams in Dayang Coal Mine. A matching mining scheme of "thin-thick coal seam, high-low sulfur content, high-low heat" is proposed, and through linear programming theory, the optimal mining ratio is calculated by using a joint solution method of binary linear equation group, and the 2:1 matching mining scheme for No. 3 and No. 15 coal seams is determined. After the scheme is determined, a new west return air shaft is constructed using the underground original production system, and transportation equipment is selected to achieve high heat and low sulfur content coal blending production, which has better economic value. While ensuring stable production of 1.80 Mt/a in the mine, the service length of the mine is extended.
